IT Showtime Videos for Exchange 2003
I have just visited the IT's showtime and found some interesting videos on Exchange 2003. Here are few of them:
RIM Blackberry 4.0 or Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 with MSFP. Which one is your pick?
The TCO of the Windows Mobile platform is substantialy lower than RIM Blackberry platform in coming few years.
Less Infrastructure for Windows Mobile 5.0. There is a significant difference in fixed cost between the Windows Mobile 5.0 MSFP and the Blackberry environment, due to the additional infrastructure required for the Blackberry Enterprise Servers as well as the supporting database.
Wow! Dopod 838 with Windows Mobile 5.0. Eagerly waiting for MSFP
Yesterday I got the test device from my office, Dopod 838 with Windows Mobile 5.0, as expected it did not release the MSFP along with the device for Direct Push and other security enhacments. As per Dopod, MSFP is expected to release on Q1 2006.

Currently this group is being incubated by Singapore Windows User Group and we continue to have shared meeting with them. We had pretty good agenda for the launch meeting as I started with introduction of Exchange 2003 SP2 - Mobility enhancements & Tom Linhard (President - FaxCore) delivered a session about Fax Servers and its integration. Tom covered the following area:
Fax Server technology and how to integrate it into your organization.
