High Availability Public Folders

I have been tasked to explore on how to publish the internal LDAP server(MS Active Directory) to public internet with authentication.

After few days of struggling, I am finally able to get it done.

I decided to publish it so that others will not have to suffer like me. :-)

Step 1: Start the "Publish Non-Web Server Protocols"

Now that we have upgraded CAS HUB servers and the Passive Mailbox server we are ready to upgrade the Cluster Mailbox server.

In this article we will discuss on the Exchange configuration portion. This is the Coexistence configuration part that details on Mail Routing between Exchange and Domino. Mail Routing between the two email systems uses basic SMTP. Our configurations will make sure that most of the content between the two systems remain intact.

MS Exchange configurations for Coexistence setup (Mail Routing)

The below settings that we will be performing in Exchange will be done through the Exchange Management Console.

This is very common need for many organizations, need to have additional domain configured in Exchange.
