These procedures are for modifying a distribution list that you have been made the owner. These DLs are stored in the Global Address List.

Outlook 2000/2003:

In the menu bar, click on Tools - Address Book

Locate the Distribution List name (In the 'Type Name or Select from List' field, type the beginning portion of the DL (ie. DL1)

Double click the DL (ie. DL1). The DL1 Team Properties box will appear.

Click the Modify Members button

Make your changes - Click OK

Click OK

Close the address book.
